Who or what am I?
My name is Stan Bruininck (do not try to pronounce that). I'm better known as Browney.
I have always been fascinated by people's behaviour and the 'why' behind what we as human beings do. To be perfect, you need to look perfect. To look perfect, you need to eat strict, workout 7 days a week and you can't be fun at parties. Right? No. Not even close.
I created 'The Ultimate Lifestyle' to help you and others build a healthy, sustainable and, most important of all, enjoyable lifestyle.

This course is a bodyweight program! So that means that you need little to no equipment. Here are some things you want to have access to before starting this program:
- A pullup bar (or something that does the job).
- Some rubberbands (really helpful and cheap!).

For the more advanced and/or for the people who like invest a bit more (NOT NECESSARY):
- Some weights/dumbbells or anything that you can use to add weight to execute exercises like weighted pullups (could even be a 2.2L water bottle).
- Something for dips.
- Dip belt
*I recommend getting rings. You can use this for almost every exercise! (Dips, pullups, front-lever, back-lever, muscle-ups and more!) Make sure to get those.
